The Park Shore community began as a lofty goal in the 1960s and has now become one of Naples most beloved communities. Meandering along the Gulf of Mexico waterways, this community was an ambitious feat of civil engineering mastery. The community took years of dredging and filling to come to life, however, Park Shore is now one of Naples’ largest luxury communities. The project was worth the effort, as this community now boasts mesmerizing sunset views over the Venetian Bay, a private beach, and easy boating access to the gulf via Doctor’s Pass. Not to mention, with this community’s central location, west of 41 between Vanderbilt Beach and Old Naples, the fine dining and shopping options at Waterside Shops are only ever minutes away.
